This class invites you to unwind from the day and restore a sense of groundedness through a series of yoga poses that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. The practice, developed by Sri Dharma Mittra, is followed by a 10 minute guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and a short breathing exercise (Pranayama).
vening Revival offers a perfect opportunity to release the stress of your day while cultivating both physical strength and mental clarity. The class flows through dynamic poses that challenge the body, helping to build flexibility, balance, and endurance. By adapting the sequence to your individual needs, you’ll feel empowered no matter your level of experience. The session culminates in Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice that allows your body to absorb the benefits of the poses while calming the mind. Paired with Pranayama, which fosters better breath control and heightened awareness, this class offers a holistic approach to restoring your energy and preparing for a peaceful evening ahead. If you're looking for a physical challenge or simply a chance to reset, Evening Revival provides the space to nurture both body and mind.
Evening Revival is designed to help you release the stress of your day while strengthening the body and calming the mind. It combines dynamic yoga poses, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to promote both physical and mental rejuvenation.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that helps the body absorb the benefits of the physical practice and allows the mind to reach a peaceful state. It’s an excellent way to de-stress and release tension, providing profound relaxation.
Pranayama, or controlled breathing exercises, help increase lung capacity, improve oxygen flow throughout the body, and promote mental clarity. It’s a powerful tool for reducing stress and boosting energy levels.
After attending Evening Revival, you can expect to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and more grounded. The combination of physical movement and deep relaxation will leave you feeling restored and ready for a peaceful evening.

He-myong Woo has found through yoga a daily practice that keeps him grounded, focused, aware and committed: a commitment to life that allows him to live in the depths of his joy, to move with creative purpose and in alignment with his highest self. Teaching yoga is a privilege and a practice to hold space for others with care and attention as they deepen into their knowledge of self. He is excited to share what he knows with new and continuing students and learn from them as they continue on their journey of self-development.
He is grateful for his teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra, who helped solidify his practice and opened him to the ancient teachings of yoga during the 200 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City.
