No, Breathe, Stretch, Release is suitable for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga, or breathwork, our talented instructor Rich will help you adjust accordingly to the class for learning techniques both new and old.
The class is 75 minutes long, with each segment designed to flow seamlessly into the next: 25 minutes of eccentric stretching, 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra, 25 minutes of Reiki-infused breathwork, and 10 minutes of integration and grounding.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing, meditative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation. During this time, you will be led through visualizations and body scans, helping to reduce stress and achieve mental clarity. It’s an essential part of the class for emotional release and deep restoration.

Rich Mancuso is the founder of BSR, Breathe Stretch Release. For over 25 years Rich has been studying & practicing yoga, energy healing, pranayama breathing techniques & meditation. He has studied several modalities that integrate healing of the heart, body, and mind. He is certified in Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prana Vidya, Yoga Nidra, Qigong and a Reiki Master. Rich is a practitioner of various healer breathwork techniques, Kundalini Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, Qigong, Ashtanga Yoga and Resistance Stretching.
BSR is his methodology for combining all his training into a practice that allows individuals to move through blockers in their mind, body, and spirit with ease, and feel energized in every step they take.
