Kirtan is a captivating and ecstatic form of devotional music and chanting that can profoundly impact your well-being and spiritual journey. It is often practiced in groups, creating a shared space of unity and connection. Kirtan is a heart-centered practice that involves singing and chanting mantras or devotional songs. As you focus on the sounds, words, and melodies, your mind naturally quiets down. Also, your heart starts to sing! This can lead to profound spiritual experiences, inner peace, and a deeper connection with the divine.
Our Kirtan sessions are held every Friday, offering a free, open invitation for everyone to come together and experience the power of sound and devotion. It’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in the community, share in the joy of chanting, and find a space of peace and unity. Whether you're a long-time practitioner or new to the experience, everyone is welcome to join us in this heartfelt gathering. This weekly ritual is our way of reaching out and creating a space where we can all come together, lift our spirits, and share in the uplifting energy of Kirtan. Come and be a part of this beautiful tradition, open to all who seek connection, peace, and joy.
